How to play

Switches is a light-toggling puzzle on a square grid. Some cells are lit. Pressing a cell flips it and its four neighbours, on to off and off to on. Turn every light off.

Each puzzle has a par, the fewest presses that clear it. Levels are board sizes, from 4×4 at Easy to 7×7 at Expert, and the par grows with them.

  • Pressing a cell flips that cell and the cells directly above, below, left and right of it.
  • Pressing the same cell twice undoes it, so the order of presses never matters.
  • The puzzle is solved when every light is off.
